We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and provide warranty coverage for electrical installations completed by our company. If an issue arises that is determined to be the result of our workmanship or materials supplied by us, repairs will be made at no cost to the homeowner or builder within the warrantable period.
However, if a service call is requested and the issue is found to be unrelated to our work, including but not limited to:
Problems caused by homeowner-installed or third-party equipment
Issues resulting from misuse, modifications, or damage after installation
Failures or malfunctions of appliances or devices not installed or supplied by us
the service call will be considered billable, and charges will apply.
For appliance-related concerns, it is recommended to first verify that the appliance is operating within the required electrical specifications, including proper voltage and wattage ratings, before requesting service.
